Delivery
We ship items from Monday-Friday throughout the UK. We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days. If you want to find out where your order is, email us at sales@nordchem.co.uk for an update and we’ll send an email once your order has been dispatched.
For orders over £25, and within the UK (excl NI and Highlands) our delivery charges are:
- 48hr Delivery Service: Free
- 24hr Delivery Service: £2.99
Friday orders after 12pm will be processed on Monday.
For orders under £25 and within the UK (excl NI and Highlands), our delivery charges are:
- 48hr Delivery Service: £2.99
- 24hr Delivery Service: £3.99
Friday orders after 12pm will be processed on Monday.
Important note: Royal Mail nor any other courier can guarantee Next Day Delivery or delivery within 48hrs. NordChem cannot be held responsible for any items not delivered due to someone not being available to sign for the item and we cannot guarantee that couriers will adhere to any instructions that we give them.
Northern Ireland Delivery
Delivery to Northern Ireland incurs a substantial surcharge from all couriers. As a result we must charge £9.99 for delivery to NI. Delivery to NI is a 2-5 Working Day service.
Scottish Highlands Delivery
Unfortunately, Shopify (the system we use for our store) does not allow us to automatically amend our delivery fees for deliveries to the Highlands. As you will no doubt be aware, delivery to the Highlands is extremely expensive. If you order from a Scottish Highlands or Offshore postcode, we will contact you to request a £12 delivery surcharge in order to complete your order. If you do not wish to pay this fee, we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund. We're sorry for this process. Delivery to the Highlands is a 2-5 Working Day service.
We do not deliver over the weekend or outside of the UK.
