Delivery
We ship items from Monday-Friday throughout the UK. We aim to ship all orders within 1 working day. If you want to find out where your order is, email us at sales@nordchem.co.uk for an update and we’ll send an email once your order has been dispatched.
For orders over £20, and within the UK (excl NI and Highlands) our delivery charges are:
- 48hr Delivery Service: Free
- 24hr Delivery Service: £1.99
Friday orders after 12pm will be processed on Monday.
For orders under £20 and within the UK (excl NI and Highlands), our delivery charges are:
- 48hr Delivery Service: £2.99
- 24hr Delivery Service: £3.99
Friday orders after 12pm will be processed on Monday.
Important note: Royal Mail nor any other courier can guarantee Next Day Delivery or delivery within 48hrs. NordChem cannot be held responsible for any items not delivered due to someone not being available to sign for the item and we cannot guarantee that couriers will adhere to any instructions that we give them.
Outside of Mainland UK
Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland are charged at varying costs. The cost for any non-standard delivery postcodes will be displayed on the checkout page once a postcode is entered. Delivery to these areas is a Hermes 2-5 Working Day service.
We do not deliver over the weekend or outside of the UK.
